In the third quarter of 2022, the top cryptocurrency apps in Bahrain on the Android platform showcased varying trends in downloads and user engagement. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, highlights the weekly performance of these apps.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting from 225 downloads in late June, the app peaked at 367 downloads in the week of September 19. The app maintained a consistent upward trend, especially in September, where downloads consistently stayed above 300 per week.

Sweat Wallet, despite being a newer entrant, experienced significant growth in weekly downloads. After a modest start with 12 downloads in mid-August, the app surged to 361 downloads by the first week of September. However, it saw a decline towards the end of the month, dropping to 151 downloads by the last week of September.

Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet displayed a more fluctuating pattern in its download numbers. The app started with 42 downloads in late June and reached its peak with 119 downloads in the week of September 19. The weekly downloads varied but consistently hovered around the 50-70 mark for most of the quarter.

StormGain: Bitcoin & Crypto experienced a notable spike in early August, with downloads reaching 164 in the week of August 8. However, the app faced a significant decline in the subsequent weeks, dropping to as low as 7 downloads in the first week of September. A slight recovery was observed towards the end of the quarter, with 23 downloads in the last week of September.

MetaMask - Blockchain Wallet had a steady rise in downloads over the quarter. Starting at 39 downloads in late June, it reached a peak of 72 downloads in the week of September 19. The app maintained a consistent download rate, with a slight dip towards the end of September, closing the quarter with 58 downloads.
